Happy Father's Day! Just a reminder, class is cancelled today, but will be back on schedule again tomorrow morning at 9am with Nikki.

In honor of our beloved dads, this Sunday's 9 am class will be cancelled. Classes will start up the following week, Monday at 9 am with Nikki, and Wednesday 9am with Alli

Happy Wednesday! This mornings FREE Yoga class was "fierce". Our wonderful and glorious volunteer Yoga Teacher, Damien, had our muscles shaking with excitement. Next free Yoga class is this 8am Saturday at Canyon Hills Community Park.
