Are you ready to move forward? The good news is that you don't need a New Year to have a new start. This Sunday Pastor Travis is continuing our series through the Book of Acts called #TheStartupChurch. Through the story of the beginning of the Church we'll discover how we can start working instead of being stuck waiting. 2020 still holds so much promise for your life and this Sunday we'll discover what it will take to move forward. We can't wait to see you at 10:30am on canvas-sf.com/live

Due to the current and forecasted air quality, we are sadly going to need to postpone tomorrow's Park Pod event. Because we weren't planning on having our online gathering tomorrow due to the Park Pod event we will not have an online gathering tomorrow. But just because we don't have a church service, it shouldn't stop us from being a church OF service. So we want to encourage you to do two things: 1. At 10:30am tomorrow, pause and take time to pray for all affected by ...these terrible fires 2. Then go and seek to be the answer to someone else's prayer through your generosity Go to the link in our bio to find specific families that you can give to or you can give to our Fire Relief Fund that will go towards purchasing gift cards that will go directly to families in need that have reached out to us. Together, we can show up for others in need through our generosity as well as our prayers. We are sad that we can't do Park Pods tomorrow but we will continue our teaching series on the Book of Acts called #TheStartupChurch on the 20th and our first Park Pods event on September 27th. You can register for that now in the Canvas App! We love you, fam! See more

Today is our first week of our series on Acts, #TheStartupChurch, and it's going to be so good. Pastor Travis will be teaching on what we must remember when it feels like God has ghosted us. If you are tempted to believe that your best days are behind you or that we should just cancel 2020, then tune in to today's gathering. What the origin story of the Early Church reminds us about is that God does his best work in times of chaos and tension. This is a teaching we all need right now! Grab whoever you are with and tune in at canvas-sf.com/live at 10:30am

Every time we pray we are defying the brokenness of the world and refusing to allow it to get the final word. Pain doesn't need to be the final word. Loss doesn't need to be the final word. Anger doesn't need to be the final word. ... That's why we have Zoom Prayer. So that you can stand with others and fight back with prayer. If you need prayer for anything, drop in our 1:1 Zoom TONIGHT from 7pm-8pm at canvas-sf.com/prayer. We have friends who are excited to see you, encourage you, and stand in faith with you through prayer. If you are in need of prayer right now, don't let anything stop you from praying with someone tonight. 7pm-8pm canvas-sf.com/prayer See more
