If you’ve lost your mom, may you be able to find peace in some of your favorite memories. As I was looking through my moms old photos I became emotional because it dawned on me that once upon a time, my mother was a young girl with all of her own hopes and dreams, her life ahead of her not knowing what path it would take.... It might seem obvious, however we tend to define others people by who they are in relation to us. Let us take time today to appreciate our mothers by recognizing that they are not only our mothers, but they are whole people, daughters sisters, wives, friends and individuals with their own wants interest and preferences. But this is all put on hold when a woman becomes a mother. The sacrifice of motherhood is immeasurable.
