Dear Guests, At Canada Steak Burger, the health and safety of our guests and team members is our highest priority. For this reason, I want to share with you the steps we are taking at our restaurants to combat COVID-19. We have always held our Restaurants to standards that exceed those set by federal and state health authorities for health and cleanliness, and we are taking extra measures during this time including:... Our restaurants have increased the frequency of our sanitization and disinfection practices using a strong disinfectant approved for use against COVID-19. Our restaurants have directed our team members to take the preventative actions recommended by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) to stay healthy and to stay home if they are not feeling well. Our restaurants have enhanced our already rigorous hand washing protocols. Our restaurants have strict food safety standards requiring the use of gloves and special utensils to prevent direct hand contact with food. We set specific COVID-19 guidelines for our vendor partners. We are closely monitoring and following all guidelines set by the CDC, as well as other state and local public health officials, and will continue to implement any new measures that are instituted at both of our restaurants.
