All the vegetables, olive oils are produced in their family farms. All the fish and seafoods are sourced sustainably and 100% from Baja. The food is prepared to order, maximizing freshness and quality. Definitely one of the best culinary experiences I ever had (no joke). Super recommend! Can’t wait to go back next month!
