Unfortunately, there has been an exposure to COVID-19 and following CDC guidelines, the hospital will be closing for a few days. If your pet needs an urgent prescription refill, a receptionist will be in the office from 10:00-2:00 to take these requests. There will NOT be a doctor in the building, so we will not be able to provide any medical attention or give any medical advice. We are very sorry for the inconvenience.

Due to the upcoming holiday closures, we will be placing our final food order for 2020 on Tuesday December 22nd! Please plan ahead and stock up on food if your pet is on a prescription diet so they do not run out! The first food order of 2021 will take place on Friday January 8th, and we do not expect to receive it until Tuesday January 12th or later. If you would like us to enroll you in Hills to Home or Purina VetDirect, please let us know!

We are experiencing some techincal difficulties with our phones, it seems our calls are dropping, and when the call does get through we are unable to hear clients on the other end of the line! Per Comcast, this is a widespread issue and they are currently working hard to solve this. If you have a non-urgent appointment or medication refill request you can email us at [email protected] or you can fill out a request form on our website, camdenpethospital.com. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these difficult times!

Camden Pet Hospital 13.08.2020

First, we would like to thank all of our clients for entrusting us with the care of their pets during this very trying time. We understand the concerns you may have regarding the welfare of your pet and doing what is necessary for their wellbeing. We appreciate your patience as we try to navigate these uncertain waters during the COVID19 pandemic. The staff at Camden Pet Hospital realize that some of the services we deemed as not necessary when the Shelter in Place started ...are services we feel should not be put off any longer. With the uncertainty of when the shelter in place order may be lifted, we have decided to start incorporating back into our appointment schedule the availability for ALL vaccines and wellness exams. We will be offering vaccine and wellness exam appointments on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday starting with the first appointment being offered at 8:30am and the last appointment offered at 12:30pm. We will be making appointments for anal gland expressions and nail trims with our veterinary assistants. These will be offered on a limited basis. Please call our office for an appointment time. We will not be doing walk in nail trim, anal gland expressions or vaccines at this time. All services will need a scheduled appointment. We will be maintaining our curbside service and coming out to the car for an extended period of time even after the shelter in place order has expired. Your understanding during this time is greatly appreciated by all of us. See more

Camden Pet Hospital 24.06.2020

In an ongoing attempt to comply with recommended COVID-19 protocol for social distancing, and in an effort to keep ourselves and our clients safe and healthy, we are implementing new preventative measures for upcoming appointments. If you have a cat, he or she must be in a carrier! Please place the carrier outside your car for the staff to retrieve. If you have a dog, he or she must be on a leash! Please have your dog outside of the car for the staff to retrieve, we will be ...handing off leashes at an arms length to stay a safe distance apart. If it is a small dog, you can also have him or her in a carrier, placed outside of the car. If you have any questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out. Thank you for your patience and understanding during these trying times. -Your friends at Camden Pet Hospital
