In early November, The Berkeley Project (BP) hosted their 15th annual fall Berkeley Project Day. Held twice annually, Berkeley Project Day unites over 2000 volunteers in a single day dedicated to community service. This year’s projects included creating hand-written cards, putting together no-sew blankets for seniors, painting rocks for the Solano County Animal Shelter. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, BP also provided a multitude of virtual activities for remote volunteers..., such as virtual senior center performances, college information panels, and robotics curricula development. The Blue & Gold Yearbook has been preserving snapshots of UC Berkeley culture, student life, facts, figures, and historical moments since 1875.
