It’s time for another: ! Quick Reminder: this month and into next, we will be highlighting new members of staff and giving them a space to share a bit about who they are and what they value! This said, meet Dick Thompson - the new Pastor over Season Adults ministry!... - Here are a few random facts about Dick: A native Southern Californian, born in North Hollywood, raised in Burbank (Burbank High), and went to UCSB! Dick has been married to his wife Suzanne for 47 years and has been a pastor for about 40 years! He also can speak French fluently! - What brought Dick to Calvary: In the course of a conversation with Pastor Shawn this Summer, Dick was asked if he would be willing to pray about coming to Calvary to help open up a new area of ministry with seniors. The timing was perfect and he said, Yes! But we’re going to call them !" - What is Dick most excited about in 2021: Watching the day dawning on a whole new horizon of ministry. So many want to join in! Calvary Community as a whole is beyond grateful for this new addition! What a joy it is to work alongside Dick in this season! #CalvaryWestlakeTogether
