We would like to highlight our recent collaboration with the Community School for Creative Education (CSCE). CalStateTEACH faculty members, Dr. Connie Davidson, Dr. Cassandra Kelley, and Casey Fair partnered with Dr. Ida Oberman, founder of CSCE, to develop a virtual summer school. The program was led by CSCE mentor teachers and 25 teacher candidates. Since CSCE had not previously held the program in an online format until COVID-19 forced schools to close, teacher candidates from across the state were able to connect with this unique Waldorf school based out of Oakland, California.
