Public Comment The District is also temporarily suspending public access to the Board of Education building until further notice. Members of the public who wish to submit a written public comment to be addressed by the County Administrator and Board of Education must do so by completing the Request for Public Comment Form. The form is available 72 hours before the scheduled board meeting and closes 2 hours before the start of the meeting. Requests may also be submitted by mail to the County Administrator at 401 S. Inglewood Ave. Inglewood, CA 90301. The guidelines for public comment will be in accordance with Board Bylaw 9323 and will be read aloud during the meeting.
