Given the latest developments of the COVID-19 Virus Outbreak, and the significant and widespread cancellations by many school districts, the 2020 California-Nevada-Hawaii Key Club District Convention has been CANCELLED. This has been a difficult decision that will impact students and adults across the three states, where the majority are in communities with no known active virus activity. However, in the best interests and safety for all of our members and our communities, we have made the decision to cancel the convention this year. IHOP will be celebrating international pancake day by providing a free short stack of pancakes in exchange for Children's Miracle Network Hospital donations on Tuesday, February 25th, from 7 AM to 7 PM. All donations raised will go directly to treatment and services for kids in need. This special opportunity will allow members to gain experience of what it’s like to serve on a district sub-committee through engagement in team teleconference calls, pre-convention prep, and code of conduct enforcement at District Convention 2020! It can range from making PTP dolls, to writing a letter to our Partnering Hospitals, to giving out toys to those in need. Any small effort can make a difference!
