The little kids can play! www.californiasoccerpark.com/modseries... NEW STATE RULES: - We can now play soccer games! - We are now accepting the age group with birth years of 2015-2016. This is the 6U age group. Practices for this age group only, will begin the week of March 29th. - New Practice/Season Start Date With the new change in rules we will now begin practices the week of March 22nd (6U the 29th). The game schedule will now be more traditional with weekday practices and weekend games. Coaches will be in contact the week of March 15th.

Register for the Spring soccer season. This is the Safe Modified soccer season for the following age groups: 10U and up will be playing safe modified 6ft distance games. 8U means 8 and under... it is a soccer age and is determine by birth year.... 8U = 2013-2014 $55 (As of now, no Modified Games for this age, fun training and drills. 10U = 2011-2012 $85 12U = 2009-2010 $90 14U = 2007-2008 $95 16U = 2005-2006 $100 19U = 2002-2004 $100 More info can be found at the registration link below. https://www.californiasoccerpark.com/modseries

We hope to have RYSL, Anderson, Palo Cedro, and many other youth organizations competing here at the park as soon as possible. Be sure to spread the word so someone does not miss the opportunity. Joshua Green, a founding member of North State Soccer, was able to connect with us here at the California Soccer Park so that we could share with you all what he has been up to and some of his favorite memories in his 17 years of coaching and officiating! Josh started coaching with his wife, Rita Allmeyer-Green, when their son, Cole Green, started playing U-6. Their daughter, Laney Green (a Linfield College Women’s Soccer player), started playing two years later when they beg...an coaching two teams in the fall and spring for the next four years. The following 11 years of coaching were dedicated to year-round competitive soccer. Josh says he was motivated to become a referee when he had an unpleasant experience with a referee in a tournament, about 7 years ago. One of his personal philosophies is, before you complain about something, offer up a solution. In this case, his solution was to offer quality officiating skills for players by learning the rules of the game himself. Green says that becoming a referee has improved his coaching skills as well.
