This couples’s motto Nothing Can Stop Our Love has been the motto for all the couples who tied the knot in 2020. Hope is not a trait we are born with, it is something we cultivate. It is often born in despair and is the ability to trust that the challenges you are navigating are molding and refining you into the person you are meant to be. Hope is an appropriate topic for Christmas time because it is all around this time of year. People are of good cheer and inspired to act with kindness. This is the recipe for hope which unlocks access to peace and contentment. It’s why random acts... of kindness feel so good. It can be an antidote to the mental health pandemic and global trauma that 2020 has uncovered and unleashed. A way to reframe what can seem like an overwhelming healing process is that trauma and emotion just want to be moved, not healed. We can use hope as a beam of light to illuminate the darkness to see how they want to be expressed. Once we become aware, their grip will loosen and we can metabolize history. Instead of looking towards next year to be our new beginning lets focus on hope now, let it be the forward momentum that brings new ways of being and new ideas to build courage and resilience for the future. // @katelynbellphoto See more
