Construction is finally underway on this Boutique Hotel in Orcutt! Metal shoring plates were needed to protect the foundation of the home next door so we could continue with our basement foundation system.

Alamo Fire in Santa Maria

Took the boys to see the Alamo Fire this morning....

The most beautiful concrete slab on the central coast - hands down, ever!

Aaannndddd the concrete slab is down! Bring on the framers! Kevin Hamers and Fred Geihs, great job!

This very large trench is for a battery of concrete tanks to handle the waste water from the new winery that we are building on Santa Rosa Rd. in Buellton. Just above it is the wine barrel storage and lower level production area for the winery itself. A couple hundred yards of concrete are going in on Friday! It'll be the first pour of many to come at Peake Ranch.
