In this age if baseball where tech is taking over tradition I’m surprised we don’t see more use of timers over stop watches in training. Watches have their place for sure but for absolute truer data of performance you can’t be consistency of lasers. On average I see between a .15-.25 difference on any given timed event. Might not seem like a lot but Home to first (30yd) at 4.01s vs 3.75s could be a real deal breaker for some coaches. #traintoreality #dontfluffyournumbers @ California Baseball Strength Systems
