During the San Joaquin County Stay-at-Home order of 2020 the following operational changes are now in place: 1. Rent payment late fees will be negotiated on a case by case basis. 2. Rent may be paid online through RentTrack. Go to our website at www.CaCommunityRealty.com and go to the Property Management Tab & go to Rent Payment in the drop-down menu. 3. You may pay with check or money order. 5. Repair requests will be put on hold for non-emergency situations. These will be reviewed case by case. Submit your repair request to us via FaceBook messenger, or you may email them to [email protected]. 6. If you cannot pay your rent, please call to discuss your situation so we can make a plan. Leave a message and we will get back to you. 7. We will not be in the office for any face-to-face until the Stay-at-Home order is lifted. 8.
