We will be hosting our fall sparring scrimmage this Saturday October 21 from 10am-2pm. Open to all ranks ages 8 and older. Cost is $30 payable by check or cash at the door (regiatration not required).

The first practice for the fall quarter will be on Monday, September 25th from 7pm-9pm.

The CSU East Bay spring sparring scrimmage is just a few days away. The event is this Saturday the 17th from 10am - 2pm in the upstairs gym of the KPE Building on the campus of CSU east Bay in Hayward (25800 Carlos Bee Blvd). Sparring is open to everyone ages 8 and older and all belt ranks. Full sparring gear is required but uniform and belt is not. Cost to participate is $30.

Today members of the club helped in fighting to end hunger by passing out brown bag lunches to the less fortunate in San Francisco.

2016 fall quarter practice starts on Wednesday, September 21st. Practice will start at 6:30pm in the upstairs gym of the KPE building located on the campus of CSU East Bay. No prior experience needed to join our training as we have students of all levels.

CSU East Bay will be hosting our 2016 winter sparring scrimmage on Saturday, February 27th from 10am - 2pm. The event is open to all belts ages 8 and up and cost is $25 payable at the door. Come get as many sparring matches as you can against other athletes from around the area. Full sparring gear is required to participate but uniform and belt is not. Practice for the winter quarter starts on Monday January 4th from 7pm-9pm.

This past weekend 3 team members traveled to UC Davis to compete at their annual Taekwondo championship and came back with 2 gold and 1 bronze medal.
