Fall is here with a swoosh of wind and a fierce bite in the mornings, frost lining car windows. I managed to take a brisk walk and workout with a friend outside today as I wake up with a bang at 6am every morning. I am looking forward to an Election highlights conference tomorrow with our experts at Santa Cruz County Realtors Association. I will report on that tomorrow. Today, the market is really HOT in Santa Cruz. Low rates still here and people leaving the Bay Area for th...e South Bay Area specifically Santa Cruz city. So, be prepared and have your ducks lined up. Credit good, pre-approvals and be in constant communication with your Realtor. If you are still tying your shoes the other runners have hit the finish line already. Well, it is heart pumping and there are some great suggestions to handle that kind of stress that's another post. This is my most favorite time of year. When I brought my husband home for Thanksgiving the first time and he convinced me to move back up here from our cozy life we had down South in Santa Monica area. It's just that beautiful here.
