Trust is the channel through which My Peace flows into you. Thankfulness lifts you up above your circumstances. ... I do My greatest works through people with grateful, trusting hearts. Rather than planning and evaluating....practice trusting and thanking Me. The choice is yours. However, I promise it will ultimately change your day, your way, your life. Those who know your name will trust in you, for you, LORD, have never forsaken those who seek you. - Psalm 9:10 Come, let us sing for joy to the Lord; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our Salvation. Hello! We certainly have much to be thankful for! Think about it for a moment, in the winter we have the Southern California weather of sunshine and yet a beautiful view of snowcapped mountains. We also have each other and I've personally found Community Adventist Fellowship a blessing. Within CAF Church are praying people, Gospel people, excellent teachers of the Word, a concern for our youth, a desire to reach our community with the message of Christ, people who cherish t...he Word, and people with the gift of Faith. I'm extremely thankful for the fellowship at CAF Church! Update: Tomorrow, I'm going to interview Pastor Sergio. You will remember we are praying for the church planting project in Tokyo he's engaged with. It will be a firsthand report live, straight from Tokyo for about 7 to 10 mins. You don't want to miss this. This Sabbath, we turn to Acts 10 which is a missionary chapter. Peter is confronted with his prejudice towards people not like him. What is new, is that going forward we will precede each Sabbath message by a group study on Tuesday night at 6:30 pm, over the general passage for Sabbath. So, Tuesday night and Sabbath morning are going to work in tandem with each other. No, you will not exhaust the depth of the chapters in either setting. You may find a deeper walk with God and profound encouragement by attending both. Today, we'll introduce the book and the key setting of Isaiah's times.
