Compare or Not to Compare? Why would you possibly want to compare yourself to others ? Why do we do it ? Human nature I guess....If you think about it though, it's a losing scenario. No matter how great you think of yourself, there's always going to be someone who is bigger, stronger, more handsome, richer, more accomplished, taller, prettier, faster, stronger, smarter, have a nicer house or a more expensive car..etc, etc....always ! You can't win at that game ! And, I only ...know myself. How can I possibly know what's going on inside someone else ? They may have more troubles and insecurities than I have !!!...they just don't show it on the outside so why should I compare what I do know to something that is fear based and something I really don't know ? Don't do it. Acknowledge who you are and what you know and be confident in that. Go ahead and be inspired by someone else but don't you dare put yourself down by comparison. The only comparison we should make is this one. Compare yourself as to who you were and what you did yesterday...and today, make yourself better...that's how you win...getting just 1% better than you were yesterday ! Make it a great Monday !

Good Monday Morning, Marquis Agents, the best agents on the planet. As I as preparing for the week kept thinking about something that happens frequently in some of our meetings both online and LIVE. It's a bit annoying (don't get mad), and I thought about the real reason it occurs...it's the failure to PLAN! We all keep calendars whether they are online or written. the natural occurrence or time to plan is either Sunday or early Monday morning before the world gets moving. Re...gardless of my thoughts on the time I suggest it might be done, just do this simple thing: Whenever you make an appointment or need to remind yourself of something-IMMEDIATELY PUT IT IN YOUR CALENDAR, SET A REMINDER AND FORGET ABOUT IT! It's really that simple. For example, when you receive the weekly activities email each week, open your calendar, put in the activities you want or should be attending, along with the meeting id, passwords and links...and guess what? You'll always have the information you need to join any meeting and not miss appointments. We are all making thousands of dollars each year and I believe it's shameful when we act unprofessional with our appointments and time. Let's all do a better job at this one habit and let's all grow and thrive together. Let's go out and have an outstanding week. FIRE IT UP! See more
