With the continuing effect of the Covid 19 response we have reduced our operating hours. We hope this temporary schedule change will not last long. As we continue to monitor and react to the rapidly changing environment that Covid 19 has created, I want to update you on the practices that BVA is implementing to mitigate the effects on your auto care experience. Auto repair is considered an essential service under the recent state and local executive orders, and BVA plans to remain open and continue to meet all of your service needs. You should be aware that our business hours may change on short notice, so scheduling an ...appointment is more important than ever. Here are some of the steps we are taking in order to help protect our customers and our employees: We are regularly communicating with our staff about the importance of hand washing, social distancing, sanitizing, and other practices to reduce community spread of the virus. We are using sanitizers to wipe down frequently touched surfaces in our customer cars, both upon check in and after work is completed. Disposable gloves will be worn by staff during vehicle check in. Staff will maintain the recommended 6 feet of social distancing with customers wherever possible. Technicians will wear disposable gloves whenever they are inside customer vehicles. Frequently touched surfaces in the office will be wiped with sanitizer multiple times each day. We will work with customers to reduce their direct interaction with our staff during their visit. If you prefer we can offer contactless service driveway drop off and pick up to minimize contact and eliminate the need to enter our building. Please make your preferences or concerns known to us and we will do our best to help. We are temporarily suspending all shuttle service for customers. The people in our BVA family our customers and our team have been the most valuable part of our business for over forty years. By taking these and other steps we hope to do our part in helping the community defeat this pandemic, and still provide the service you need with the professionalism and integrity that you expect.
