A Big Hello from Our President Hello Dear Long Time Friends, and Newer Dancers. We have all missing each other and hope that you have stayed well. Bob & I are doing fine. I fact I will be getting my left knee replacement on Wed, 10th of June. So by the time we can get back to dancing I will be able to. ... I have heard from ASDSC and Royer park will be opening up soon, Dancing is still a question, but they will keep us posted. I did hear from the Senior Center the end of the week and all they said was they are still closed. As I hear more I will let you know. Continue to stay well and store up those HUGS so can all get our fill when we can get together. Fondly, Louise

Another week in Shelter in Place but get closer to getting back to DANCING!!!! A new message from Michael, our Caller. Square Dance Lesson, Week 15... Hi Everybody! I am back on track, hopefully, sending out my email once a week. I hope you’re all doing well, and surviving your various forms of ‘isolation’. We are still doing well, and looking forward to when we can get back together and dance, hopefully sooner then later. It is a particular pleasure to be sending this email out to you, today, because today is my birthday, I am indeed one year older, but as they say, it’s better then the alternative! I always find a way to enjoy my birthday and this year will be no exception, it just may be a little quieter then previous years (<: Now, I have been giving you some square dancing calls every email each week, to research and gain an understanding of, in anticipation of us resuming our activity sometime soon. To that end, here is this week’s calls to take a look at: SPIN THE TOP PASS TO THE CENTER TURN THRU These calls are all at the Mainstream level, and they provide even more variety to our dancing, when you incorporate them with the other calls we’ve learned to this point. I hope you have a chance to look them over in the next week or so, and add them to the list you already have. By the way, I do NOT expect you to have these moves nailed down by the time we get back together. Please be assured we will revisit EVERYTHING we’ve looked at, when we return to dancing. I do hope you will have exposed yourself to the definition of the call and maybe watched the animation of the call (on Taminations or some other app) so you will be aware of it, when we come to it, in class. I promise you, we will all get caught up together and try to have as much fun as possible doing it! Please take care of yourselves, be safe, and keep reading your emails, because you will be the first to know, when we are back open for business. Looking forward to seeing you soon! Mike Halley, Buttons and Bows Caller / Instructor
