Due to the Regional Stay at Home Order being lifted our office will once again be open to the public starting January 19th. As COIVD-19 is still ongoing, with Butte County reaming in the Purple Tier, our office hours will be Monday-Friday 10:00AM-2:00PM. Masks are required of all visitors at this time. You can drop off paratransit applications, purchase bus passes in person, and purchase bus passes over the phone during this time.... We will continue our efforts to sanitize the buses and paratransit vehicles daily and encourage everyone to follow the CDC’s guidelines for staying safe. You can find those guidelines for California here: www.covid19.ca.gov Outside of those hours, BCAG is available by phone at (530) 809-4616, option 1. Please leave us a message if you reach our voicemail. We will continue to monitor the situation and take appropriate steps in line with Public Health recommendations regarding this situation.
