Busy Mommy Fitness 28.12.2020

Day 5 - Leg day!!! Here’s what it looks like at the end of my workout... 1. I shed my long sleeves early in the workout... 2. My tracker sheet is all marked up. This step has been super helpful because I am now referring back to the weights I lifted in the first round. 3. I stream my workout on my laptop using an HDMI to run it through the tv . Yay for double screens!!! 4. As soon as the last move is done, my shoes come off! I like stretching barefoot. It feels more relaxing. So there’s a peek into my workout area. Happy Friday!!!

Day 3 of Round 2!!! Just because I’ve already done this program once doesn’t make this time easy. First of all, it’s been 3 ish months since I did this one. BUT, second, I am stronger now and can do these moves with better form. There are some doozies in this one so I still have plenty of room to improve, but these moves are doing their job. Day 1!!!! I took a week off from 80 Day Obsession (and from posting ). After 80 days of hour long workouts, the half hour 21 Day Fix workouts felt like a break! I kept my eating pretty clean all week, but definitely took some liberties over the weekend. Now I’m ready to dial it back in! I love the structure of the eating, how great I feel, and, strangely enough, the longer workouts! I can’t wait to see what these next 80 days will bring!!!!... #80DayObsession #take2

What’s my day after 80 Day Obsession going to look like? Well, we got up a half hour later to do the 21 Day Fix workout, Total Body Core. The half hour instead of an hour was really nice, but this workout wasn’t easy. Before 80 DO, I was using 8 and 10 pound weights for this workout. Today I used 12’s and 15’s!! I love feeling stronger. BUT, more importantly, I’m learning that I can make any workouts more challenging. My eating won’t be THAT different...I’m still using... the containers (though I get less containers for 21 Day Fix). I do have some splurges worked Into this week. After all, tomorrow is the tax deadline and at our house that is cause for celebration!! I’ll post results and my reflections on 80 Day Obsession later today. Have a great Monday!

We did it!!!!! We finished our 80th workout together!!! This is definitely not the end for us!!! I’ll post more later about our results and what’s next. Have a great Sunday!!!
