Due to continued poor air quality, the following changes will be in effect Monday and Tuesday of this week. Student Meal Distribution -Breakfast and lunch will be served at the following sites on Monday and Tuesday from 11:00am-1:30pm: Southgate Elementary, Cherryland Elementary, Schafer Park Elementary, Park Elementary, Bowman Elementary, Tyrrell Elementary, Bret Harte Middle School -Staff will be stationed just inside of the school to protect them from the unhealthy air,... which means families must get out of their car and follow signs to pick up the meals. Masks should be worn at all times, and social distancing will be enforced. -Families can go to any school site to pick up meals. Students do not need to be present, and no ID is required. Other Outdoor Activities -All outdoor activities will be canceled for Monday and Tuesday -If a school has a distribution event scheduled, it will be moved indoors or postponed to a date later in the week. Huge shout to Israel and his mom for helping him participate in Burbank YEP Bingo! We wanted to encourage students to share more and get more involved with YEP so we created a bingo sheet for them! The more they complete, the more tickets they can earn to be entered into our raffle for prizes! Our winners will be announced Wednesday so stay tuned! #burbankyep

YEP is offering a free and fun Summer Virtual Learning Challenge for current HUSD 3rd to 8th-grade students. The program will run from June 29 to July 31, 2020. #burbankyep Bingo We are so excited to bring a new fun game to you all while we are distance learning. For the next two weeks we made a Bingo game chart with fun YEP activities for you to do. For every activity you complete, you get one point. If at the end of the two weeks you were able to get BINGOS, you will get an extra 2 bonus points, and will be entered for the grand prize.... 1 point = 1 ticket.
