Starting the new year off wanting to thank some of the companies that make it possible for us to serve amazing food! Grana Padano, Prosciutto San Daniele, and Prosciutto Di Parma have the best quality you can find with the most decedent, deep, and enriching flavors. We use Grana cheese in pretty much everything we make to add that final touch, and Prosciutto is used in some of the best salads and pastas we offer including the Pappardelle or the Parma Salad. Another big thank you to the companies that make it possible.

On August 24 a massive earthquake devastated central Italy. We are sharing an opportunity to offer help to our Italian brothers and sisters that were and are still being affected by this disaster. On Thursday, September 8 from 5:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. at both the San Luis Obispo and Paso Robles locations of Buona Tavola there will be a benefit dinner where 20% of the proceeds will be donated to aid victims of the earthquake. The featured pasta will be Antonio's Bucatini all'Amatriciana, the namesake dish of Amatrice, the city most affected by the earthquake. This fundraiser is reservation only, so please call 805.237.0600 for a reservation in Paso Robles or call 805.545.8000 for reservations in San Luis Obispo. Lets join together and share a meal in the name of restoration.
