Just a reminder.

Happy Valentines Day! I hope you all had a great day with your loved ones. Our business is closed tomorrow but I plan to spend a few hours at the office and will move to the Dojo around Noonish for a workout. If any of you would like to join me please contact me by text or call me at the Dojo and let me know. I will get back to you and hopefully arrange it. Have a nice evening. Sensei

Are you training?

Wishing our family, students and friends a beautiful Christmas Day filled with Love, Joy and Grace. We will all be together again and in the meanwhile stay healthy and happy.

Wishing all of you a very happy holiday and that you all can focus on what blessings are in your life! I miss all of our Dojo family, students and friends but be sure this thing won’t go on forever. If you want something positive to think of; your Dojo is still here. Your teachers are carefully, distance training, improving, learning and will be here for you once we can train together again. For now, please remember that your Karate is something that belongs to you and n...othing or no one can take that away. Practice it, use it for peace inside yourselves and balance and you will always be reminded of what you have in it. I will see you all soon and we can pick up where we left off.
