Pasadena Playhouse Theater #ProjectCompletionHighlight Budlong & Associates provided the mechanical, electrical and plumbing (MEP) engineering design services required to develop construction drawings for the Carrie Hamilton Balcony Theatre and South Wing Friendship Center at the Pasadena Playhouse located at 39 S. El Molino Avenue, Pasadena, California. #engineering #MEP #design

B&A provided engineering design services for this laboratory expansion. The Space is around 6,500 USF. Lab would occupy and half of the space and remaining space would be an office. B&A designed to separate HVAC as they will need BSL-2 level same as second floor. Other design areas included a manufacturing lab, aseptic gowning, changing room, airlock, material receiving and reception that is approximately 1,800 SF.
