One of our very own has spoken about his invaluable experience at Ada's Cafe - Palo Alto, a nonprofit social enterprise with a mission to hire, train and empower adults with a variety of disabilities. During these crazy times, Ada’s is seeking help to keep its doors open. Now through February 28th, the community is holding an auction, accessible at the link in our bio, to raise enough funds to allow Ada’s to keep running its amazing operation. Please share the news with your community, and for those who have the means during these trying times, we ask you do what you can to help! It takes a village we at BuddiesInACTION believe in helping one another to get the job done. Thank you! https://adas-cafe.betterworld.org/auctions/help-adas-cafe

Zach started at FITBuddies in 2009 as a young, full of energy nine year old and we were extremely fortunate to have him in our program for 11 years. Zach brought so much life to our FITBuddies group as well as to the community at FiT. He was disciplined, resilient and such a hard worker but most importantly he was a dear friend, confidant and the 'student' that every coach wishes they had in their class. Zach passed away in August 2020. We are very fortunate to have captured this interview last spring and are honored to share his story with you this month. He will forever be a fearless leader and inspiration to us all! https://www.buddiesinaction.com/action-leader-of-the-month
