The 1290 cradle is almost done.

The KTM 1290 hill climber is shaping up.

Pipe mounts, fender struts and front brake. All that's left for the front brake is a cable and lever.

The bobber is a runner. This bike uses an Ultima 120" motor and an HD 5 speed with an open 2 1/2" belt. The frame is a one off by BTR as well as the hand made springer fork. The goal was to replicate an original Harley fork from the 40's. I'm very pleased with the results,

Tuning continues on GP2. Altered shift linkage ratios, magneto tuning, carb tweaking and another rear shock. All the small adjustments are huge improvements. It's really starting to settle into a balanced package.

One week away from another track day test session. Gearing has been increased and shift throws made closer. Suspension tuning will be the goal this go around.

This is a bike I did some work on. 95.5 hp in a bike that weighs 275 pounds. Very cool bike.

Had a great time at this year's Quail. Both the GP2 and Paul's café were well received. Looking forward to getting GP2 to the track and dialing it in.

All done and ready for the Quail show this weekend. Jim Ogawa did an incredible job on the paint. Many thanks to him for helping me make my deadline.

Last piece of the puzzle. Needed to build this to act as a shaft retainer as well as an inspection /access cover for the cam cavity.

Magneto drive cover is complete ! Nothing on the market would of worked for this application so I had to get creative.
