On-location shoot for Hoopes Vineyards. Lovely wines and lovely people. Below you can see the setup and then what the final images look like. Lots of fun. It was a really cool cellar, with beautiful round, deep cubbies for the wines to be set into.
Wow. The new masking and selection tools in Lightroom are mind-boggling good. I took the shot below with an exposure setting that would allow me to capture all the details in the shot while giving me lots of room to bring up the subjects and take down the sky to achieve a nice balanced look. But just today Lightroom made that process SO easy and fun. The below images show the before and after editing. Keep in mind that I added nothing here...I merely used lightroom to reveal the hidden details the camera captured. Really stunning.
Up at the Schramsberg residence shooting food for their catalog.
I was honored to take the pictures of Ralphone made the cover. He’s a fun and crazy winemaker who makes exceptional wines. And welcome back Wine Country!
I love when my clients collaborate with other high-end luxury companies.
My studio today was the barrel room at Sequoia Groge winery. Did a fun video shoot with their winemaker. Two cameras rolling simultaneously to easily combine wide and tight shots seamlessly. A little extra work in post editing multi-cam, but it is fun!!
Fun Holiday shoot in-studio for Lerner Project.
Unedited shot from a shoot today. The poured wine looks sexy.
I think I shared some of these before, but these are some of the finals from the shoot, with final edits by Adam Sullivan. This was fun! The shoot was for the launch of a new pot product. Trying to go for a club scene, all the funky lights provided by gels over my studio strobes.
My office today at Schramsberg. Can’t wait to share the final images.
Early morning vineyard shoot this morning
Before and after shots from a photoshoot for a cool pot company in Santa Rosa. This was in their office, but using gels on the lights and awesome art direction and props from Adam Sullivan, we made it look like a club scene.
