Chef Rodney Scott has been at Brookdale Delta for about six months and knew from the minute that he walked in the door that this was the place he wanted to be. Despite the wide variety of meals he makes, there's one ingredient that goes in to every meal: love. https://youtu.be/hQEQz90j6HA

For Hava, Brookdale Park Place is not just a place of employment. It is like going to her parents' home; she feels comfortable and safe. Here's her amazing story. https://youtu.be/DJ-Y3o-m4YM
John Stratton is a competitive sharp shooter and archer, but you'd never guess he competes from his wheelchair. After being a Brookdale resident for several years, John was looking for any way to channel his competitive spirit. That's when he found out about the National Wheelchair Games. For John, competing isn't about winning or losing. Instead, he considers it his medicine for his mind and body. https://youtu.be/DRdoyj1RUpU

Richard Gambino considers himself a lucky man. And we have to agree! After surviving two lightning strikes and receiving the Purple Heart during WWII, Richard continued to beat the odds. But when faced with the reality that living on his own may no longer be possible, he was reluctant. Just after he first came to Brookdale Richard vowed to only stay six weeks. Though it wasn't long into his stay when Richard realized Brookdale was the place for him. He now volunteers at his community by helping new residents get adjusted to living life at Brookdale. https://youtu.be/4KwYrCTbfUk
