We are open for business...again! I am so excited (as I am sure you are too)! Starting Monday September 14th (today) I will be taking clients at Ringolevio again! I will be working an adjusted schedule in order to accommodate the distancing guidelines for salons in San Francisco. Read below for details on appointments and the guidelines. ... - I will temporarily not be offering online booking, so you will need to contact me directly for an appointment For your safety: Here are some things we will be doing at the salon to prepare for a safe and comfortable environment until we can return to a more normal salon setting... -Please enter through the front door (to the left when you come up the stairs) and exit through the rear door to help us maintain a circular flow of traffic in the salon -We will be cleaning and sanitizing all areas and items in the salon before reopening. In between each appointment I will clean and sanitize for the next client -There will be no magazines and no water dispenser, so please bring your own beverages and reading materials -We will be staggering our work schedules to accommodate at least six feet of space between stylists and to limit the number of people in the salon at one time. As much as possible we will adhere to social distancing guidelines, within the limitations of our particular work environment -All stylists will be required to wear a mask at all times while in the salon -All clients must wear a mask at all times and wash/sanitize hands upon arrival. If you have a fever, cough, or any symptoms, please stay home. If you have had contact with anyone who has had covid-19 or shown symptoms, please reschedule your appointment until you are clear -We will not have a waiting area inside the salon, so please wait in your car or outside until your appointment time. I ask that you text/call when you arrive and I will text/call you back when the station is sanitized and ready for you to enter -To minimize the possibility of transmission of the Corona Virus, we will be refraining from blowdrying unless it is essential to the service Thank you so much for your understanding, I look forward to when I can see you all again! Still can't reopen My dear clients, I can’t believe I’m having to send out this email, yet again. This has been such an emotionally hard time for us all and the back and forth and uncertainty of it all is really getting to me as I am sure it is getting to you to. I know it is frustrating with all of the vague information coming out about when salons can reopen. I’m frustrated too. In light of the uncertainty and constantly changing information, I have decided it is best to ca...ncel all scheduled appointments indefinitely (again). Until we have an exact date of when we can reopen, it just doesn’t make sense to keep scheduling and rescheduling your appointments. Here are some things to keep in mind: - For the time being Contra Costa County is still open (although they are reevaluating due to an increased number of cases), so I can schedule clients in Walnut Creek for those willing to drive out there (it’s only 30 minutes from the city). If you are interested in having an appointment in Walnut Creek let me know and I can schedule something for you. - I will be reaching out to all currently booked clients to offer you the option of seeing me in Walnut Creek. I have kept a list of all clients that have been scheduling to contact directly as soon as we have a reopening date in San Francisco. - I will not be scheduling any appointments in hopes of a mid-July reopening as it just create more confusion and work to have to reschedule in case of a false reopening date. As soon as we actually reopen then I will start booking appointments. - I cannot do house calls as this still constitutes working and I can not risk fines or even loss of license. Just because I am not in the salon doesn’t mean the rules don’t apply. Again, I am so sorry that I don’t have better news for you, believe me, I am just as (if not more) frustrated than you are) but this is just temporary.
