The pool company finally decided to show up and service the property. Apologies for the condition of the pool and spa last week. That windstorm really did some damage. We are also asking the lighting company to make repairs to the parking lot lights. For those that provided feedback, thank you ! We appreciate it.

Trek mountain bike was stolen outside building 26 today around 5-8pm. If anyone has information please reply.

Violation letters went out this week. Please check your mail. The board is increasing the enforcement level of the CC&Rs. The rules are there to keep the community looking its best and for the benefit of all homeowners. Please do your part and correct any violations. Thank you ! We appreciate you.

You may have noticed that we are experiencing some service drop off with our new property management company FSR. They have had some turnover during the shutdown period so the new staff members are still getting up to speed. The board has addressed the importance of providing our homeowners with high quality service. We encourage you to document any issues you may be having and bring your feedback to the next board meeting. We hope to gets things back to normal quickly.

The mystery of the hot tub has been solved . First make sure the emergency shut off is in the ON position. Then when turning on the timer stop at the 30 min mark. Don’t keep turning the timer knob or it goes back around to the OFF position.

Thanks to all who took the time to review the letter that went out a few weeks ago with the community rules. There has been a noticeable improvement in the trash cans being put away, garage doors staying closed, people making an effort to park in their garage. We appreciate your help and support!

We have been receiving reports that the hot tub is not working properly. We have contacted the pool company for service. It should be addressed shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience. We have a new property manager as of this week so things should improve as she gets up to speed.
