New featured review on www.yelp.com Dr. Paige Woods and her staff have been incredible throughout my journey. From start to finish, Dr. Woods was so attentive, transparent and caring. I had an entire upper veneer/bridge procedure and I couldn't be happier with my results. I can smile with pride now. She is incredibly talented, professional and gentle. I was afraid to visit the dentist for any routine appointment let alone something so important. I highly recommend Dr. Woods. https://bit.ly/2AtrDgw

New featured review on search.google.com Dr. Woods was very nice, personable, and thoroughly addressed all of my concerns. She was so kind and thorough and spent a lot of time teaching me about my teeth, holistic approaches to oral health to address my cavities, and about teeth alignment. She has a compassionate demeanor and gave me a great treatment plan going forward and got me started on invisalign which I'm excited about. She was very thorough in being sure to explain all... of my options, her recommendations and being patient with my questions. The entire experience at Brighton Dental is absolutely impressive! From the moment I walked in until my exit from the office, the staff and Dr. Woods made my visit incredibly comfortable and I felt safe in their care. Their facility is stunning and the technology and equipment used is state of the art. Would recommend Brighton Dental to anyone! https://bit.ly/2rE9xRL See more

Sleep Apnea Facts You Should Know - #sleepapnea - Nothing feels better than a great night’s sleep. But for people with sleep apnea‚ spending a night in bed may not be very restful‚ and it can be dangerous too. You can have sleep apnea and not know it or not know that it’s the cause of your symptoms. Sleep apnea can be wrongly diagnosed as depression‚ fatigue‚ ADHD and other conditions. Diabetes‚ stroke and heart attack are among conditions that can result from untreated sleep apnea. Snoring is a symptom of sleep apnea in some cases‚ but not everyone who snores has the condition. The biggest risk factor for sleep apnea is obesity‚ but you don’t have to be obese or even overweight to have this condition. How Do I Care For New Porcelain Veneers? - #dentalveneers #porcelainveneers - As with any dental restoration‚ porcelain veneers require some simple care to ensure that they continue to enhance your smile for years to come. Here at Brighton Dental‚ our expert San Diego dental team will explain everything you need to know when you have the procedure done‚ but here’s some general information about how to care for porcelain veneers. Lots Of Good News With... Veneers Taking care of porcelain veneers is very much like taking care of your real teeth surfaces. You don’t have to change how you brush or floss – although it’s a good idea to make sure you only a soft toothbrush (which we recommend for everyone anyway). Unlike older veneers‚ today’s porcelain is resistant to staining from most foods and beverages. That means you can eat and drink whatever you like and feel confident that your teeth will remain bright and beautiful for years to come. In fact‚ porcelain veneers can last a decade to even 15 years or longer. It all depends on the brand and quality of the restoration you choose and how well you care for them. Just A Few Things To Remember For the very best results from your porcelain veneers‚ it’s best to avoid chewing on ice‚ fingernails‚ hard candies and other hard objects. If you have bruxism or any sort of grinding or clenching issue‚ a nighttime mouthguard might be appropriate. We recommend mouthguards for sports as well. Of course‚ you shouldn’t use your teeth to open packages or crack nuts. And you’ll need regular dental visits – just as you do anyway. If it’s time to get dental veneers or get yours replaced or repaired‚ we’re the San Diego porcelain veneers experts. Why not reach out to us now for your appointment? We look forward to serving you.

New featured review on search.google.com My visit to Brighton Dental was the best dentist experience ever. The office was so pretty and clean with the newest equipment which I loved. I was there on time and loved the fact that I didn't have to wait a second. The staff were all so friendly and kind. I am always skeptical to go to a new dentist but Dr. Woods was so attentive, so honest and knew a lot. For instance, I never had any dentist knew that I was grinding my teeth at ni...ght. However, she knew everything by just looking at the teeth which I thought it was so cool. I loved the fact that he didn't push me to get any fillings or anything that I really didn't need at the moment too. After all the insight and education they showed me on the Itero machine, I decided to go with Invisalign to address the grinding and straighten out my smile. Dr. Woods is an extremely kind and detail oriented doctor. She makes sure that her patients are completely comfortable and takes the time to answer every single question that you might have. You can tell that she really cares about her patient's experience. She is honestly the best dentist that I have ever gone to. I would highly recommend Brighton Dental and look forward to going back! https://bit.ly/2rE9xRL See more
