My husband and I used them when we bought our first home 4 years ago, and just recently when we refinanced. Both times we worked with with them they always made sure to answer our questions in a timely manner, even if it was on the weekend or late in the evening. Never once did we feel confused or that we weren't getting the best deal. You can really tell they have your best interest at heart.
