Hey Breathe Deeply Family, I am going to be teaching a free, all levels class on Facebook live for Livity Rising!!! Everyone is welcome, so please share the event. Originally this was to be a class just for victims of the CZU Lightening Complex Fire, but we decided everyone could probably use a movement session given the state of the world. Interrupting my regular Pilates stream to bring you what’s near and dear to my heart. Loving our little California beach town extra today... volunteered to help paint a #blacklivesmatter mural in downtown Santa Cruz.
