So you're trying to lose weight, you don't want to go to the gym because you're self conscious about how you look, you're confused on what to do and don't want to feel embarrassed NO WORRIES! Try this workout at home to help build up that confidence. Equipment: 2 dumbbells or equivalent.... For the workout perform 3 exercises consecutively for 30 seconds each followed by a one-minute rest. Set a timer for 15-20 and perform as many rounds as you can. Start with one lap around the block of jogging or jog/walk - 30 sec. Thruster (squat to press) - 30 sec. Bent over row - 30 sec. Push-up When You're 15 to 20 minutes is up finish off the work out with another lap around the block. Comment below let me know what you think or DM me if you want to know more on how to lose weight
