All year, I have chastised myself for not doing this or that while working disasters, coordinating a cross country move, processing trauma, endless cooking, and on and on. Today, I realized my work email inbox is no longer overflowing with requests and my phone isn’t ringing. ... So I decided to take some days to maybe do...I don’t know...whatever I want.
