Move In/Move Out Pricing: 1 Bedroom: $150 2 Bedroom: $200 3 Bedroom: $250 4 Bedroom: $300 5 Bedroom: $350 6 Bedroom: $400 (Price Includes all bathrooms and varies depending on the square footage. For example one 3 bedroom might be 1,100 square feet and the other 1800 square feet. Send us a message for an exact quote) Our basic Move-in/Move-out house cleaning services include some or all of the following based on the specific needs: Move In/Move Out cleaning of the home's bathrooms includes the tub, shower, glass shower doors, sinks, toilets, floors, mirrors, light fixtures, switch plates, baseboards, inside and out of the medicine cabinet, inside and out of cabinets and closets. Extensive cleaning of the kitchen area including the inside and outside of cabinets and cupboards, sink, counter tops, backsplash, exterior appliances, hood range and floors swept and mopped. (Inside of all appliances including ovens and refrigerators, or detailed cleaning of the interior microwave are an additional cost as not every client needs all appliances inside cleaned) Full cleaning of all other rooms includes vacuuming and dusting, window sills, ceiling fans, and remaining carpeted areas, or sweeping and mopping the floors if tile or wood, doors, door frames, switch plates and base boards. The home must be empty so we can get in a clean. If it's not empty you will be subject to reschedule where we have an opening. Customer may change cleaning options based on budget and time frame. Windows and Blinds are also additional as not every clinet needs that service included.
