Please be advised, the waitlist will be closing the end of today, Monday September 10. 2018. This is so staff can focus on interviews and applications for those at the top of the waitlist after the lottery and answering questions from others already on the waitlist. We do thank you for your interest and patience.

Postcards and emails have gone out to the top 250 people on the waitlist post-lottery. The leasing office will begin setting appointments with these folks on Monday. Those who only provided a phone call will start being contacted on Monday.

The lottery has been pushed back to Tuesday, July 31, 2018. This is to allow us enough time to add all the names from July 20 or earlier to the list and call to confirm information. The lottery is done by a computer and will be monitored by a city employee. The computer randomizes the interest list provided, and staff uses the output for the order of contact. Following the lottery, postcards will be sent out to the people at the top of the list. Staff will work down through the list to fill the entire property. Folk remaining on the list after that will roll over to the property's waitlist. Any interest list contacts received after July 20th will be added to the bottom of the waitlist after the lottery.

The Bow Street Apartments Leasing Office will be open Monday-Friday, 10am - 4pm beginning Monday, August 20, 2018. Please be advised that the office will be available by appointment only through September 21st, 2018. The leasing office address is 9381 E. Stockton Blvd., Suite 200, Elk Grove, CA 95624, and the phone number is 916-347-7016. This will allow the limited staff to concentrate on the applicants at the top of the lottery list and begin processing their applications. Due to high call volume, the staff will prioritize calls from applicants at the top of the lottery waitlist. We will contact everyone and respond to voicemails as able, but this will take some time. Folks who joined the waitlist after the July 20th lottery cutoff should not expect to be contacted for several months.
