Bouchelle Family Reunion

I have just sent out the invitations to both the Friday and Saturday Parties. Please RSVP for both so we have a good count. Friday will be a heavy hors doeuvres reception hosted by a few families and Saturday will be a BBQ/ Potluck where everyone can bring something to share. Want to make this as easy as possible this year and focus on celebrating together. As many of you are aware, my Mom your Aunt Bertie, Nada, Bertie had a serious health scare this year. I made her a... promise that if she pulled through we would host a family reunion in her honor so.... Here we go. I know how busy everyone is but it would mean the world to her and to all of us if you could join us. I have included several members of our extended family those friends who became family over the years. This is not a mistake but on purpose since one of the best things about our family was always our sense of hospitality. Please share this with those members that I have missed. If you are in need of accommodations there are several hotels within walking distance as well as condos for rent close by. Looking forward to a great time with everyone next month. See more

Up for a mini reunion? Several people have asked if we are doing something especially since Mom/Nada's recent health problems. I have researched some availability and it looks like the first weekend which is July 4th weekend could work 7/6-9 at the Omni Amelia Island Resort. More details to follow.
