The vibrant city of Cartagena - BLUE

This picture sum up Medellin. The installation near camera was bombed in the 90s eith ovwr 20 people death and 100 injured at a concert. The government tried to remove the blew up installation but stop by the artist who made it and promised to gave them another one. With new one next to original one just like the renewed city with violent past. Medellin no longer is the most dangerous city during 80s and 90s and had transformed into #1 most interesting city and much safer. Homicide statistic drop from 2000+ a year to 13 a year.
