Healthy kids = Happy kids!!

My eldest daughter has different needs and takes different products than my youngest. Her body requires ligament support and requires more calcium than her sister!

I know it can be a challenge to get your kiddos to take their supplements and vitamins. So I wanted to share with you how it’s done at our house! Yes, it took some perseverance in the beginning to get them to chew these but it’s never been more worth it. These times we are living through are truly demanding personal changes. We’re living in a world where sickness and disease is becoming more and more prevalent, all you can do is control your body and your atmosphere.
