Free local self caregiving group for women in Grass Valley and Nevada City. Women flourish with the support of others. I help women who want to manifest their best and who are not afraid to see how we can get in our own way (and how to get out of it!) Every other week I focus on a specific topic and present questions for self examination. We work with partners and as a group. ...
