So excited to watch one of my clients, Sian Welch go after not only her goal to compete in Kona Ironman again, but her goal to raise a million dollars for her foundation Freedom To Live. You are as amazing of a human as you are an athlete Sian, get it!!

TMJ issues are pretty much the worst...bad enough that you are willing to let someone work on the muscles inside your mouth. I don't do this jaw work on most people, but if you have TMJ issues not can be extremely helpful.
