Bodhi Yoga, is my vision to incorporate and share the rich teachings of Yoga, focusing on alignment during postures and poses in order to help integrate and sustain the body during practice. I also want to help students with dysfunction or pain, with my experience, knowledge and treatments as a Physical Therapist.
