PUMPKINS for our SchoolKids: We know Halloween won't be the same this year -- but, that doesn't mean that the kids can't have Pumpkins. This week, the Association donated pumpkins to the Bodega Bay Elementary School. The kids can pick them up when they deliver their assignments. The pumpkins were lovingly grown by Volunteer Carl Osier and delivered by the duty crew. We know Halloween will be different this year. But, we hope we can put a smile on their faces. We look forward to seeing your Pumpkin Art.

In an abundance of caution, and with deep respect for our community, we are regretfully cancelling the annual Pancake Breakfast that was to be held on July 4, 2020. This is simply not the time to hold a large public gathering. For us, the Pancake Breakfast is more than a fundraiser it is an opportunity to interact with our community and those who visit it. When things settle down, we will either re-schedule the Breakfast or hold a comparable event.... Until then, know that, in this difficult time, we are here serving our community and watching out for your wellbeing.

Thank You to Ginochio's Kitchen for allowing us to sell our Bodega Bay Firefighters Association merchandise at their restaurant during ChowderFest. No one has been more supportive of our mission than the Ginochio family that runs this locally owned, community based business. As our community knows, the proceeds from our sales go back into serving our community. We had a great day. We salute our good friends at Ginochio's Kitchen.
