Bob & Barbara White Invitational Youth Karate Tournament

Our first year that we had an event for Royal Family Kids we raised $12,000. Our thought at the time was, "How will we ever match that". The next year we double...d it to $24,000 and the year after that we doubled again to $48,000. Our highest year was $140,000. So far we have raised over $1,000,000. I don't know the total for this year but it will be another great year for the kids. I believe this year is the largest group Newport/Mesa RFK has had which means there will be more money needed. The support as always has been great and I hope more people in our art of Kenpo Karate can come and be involved in some very good and important work. See more

Don't forget we will be showing "Billy Jack" on Tuesday, April 30th at 7:00pm at our Studio. All are welcome! This movie is rated PG as there is a scene not suitable for young children. We hope to see you there!

Our tournament for competitors 17 and under will be held on the 24th of March at Edison High School in Huntington Beach. We are offering scholarships for all c...ompetitors that might be tight on money. We also don’t charge for any spectators. Our tournament is already a financial success because of sponsorship and we truly want to give back to our sport. We will again give a large check to Royal Family Kids. See more
