My answer is @bobbejoymakeupstudio. Here's the breakdown 1st- Fill in the eyebrow with gentle, hair like strokes. (If you aren't sure what shade will match you,... the brunette is almost a universal color) 2nd- Highlight your work and your brow bone with the white pencil. I like to create a line directly below the brow and blend it with a concealer brush or Q-tip. 3rd and final step- brush those hairs into place and have them stay all day with the clear brow gel.
